A few years ago, I worked with an athlete who had all the physical tools.

Hi, I’m Marissa Estep, MS, a Cognitive Performance Specialist with a Master’s in Kinesiology and a concentration in Sport and Performance Psychology.
For years, I’ve worked with high performers in sport, fitness, business, and life — helping them become more resilient and mentally tougher, two of the most crucial skills for long-term success in any arena.
But I don’t just teach it — I live it.
Over the past decade, I’ve pushed my own limits:

🏋️♀️ Competed in CrossFit (individual and team), marathons, and bodybuilding
